Do you lock clients into long contracts?
No. After the two week paid discovery, retainers run month to month with a 30 day notice period. We would rather earn the next month than trap you in the current one.
What is included in the two week discovery?
A full funnel and account audit, a ranked opportunity list with expected impact, a shortlist of AI workflows with estimated hours saved, and a 90 day execution roadmap. You keep the plan whether or not you continue with us.
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. Every pillar can run standalone. Most clients start with one or two, then add pillars as the AI layer frees up budget and team time.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. We charge a flat monthly retainer scoped to the work. Percentage of spend rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive.
